Standard refridgerators are chilled in the high 30's - 40's, which is too cold for wine. Make sure to take out the bottle before serving.
- Tart, Bright White Wines: 48-52 Degrees
- Sparkling Wine: 50-55 Degrees
- Rich White Wines: 58-62 Degrees
- Light Red Wines: 60-65 degrees
- Heavy Red Wines: 63-68 Degrees
