Shipping

At Monticello Liquor, we take pride in our products and will take every precaution to ensure that they will arrive to you in pristine condition. We ship via UPS and package our products in accordance with their shipping guidelines to make sure your order arrives undamaged. Items will be insured for their full amount at the cost of the purchaser. Adult Signature will be required for all orders.

Home Delivery

We are able to deliver to any wet area in Dallas County and area within 2 miles of the corporate limits. If your request for delivery turns out to be in a Dry area, or outside the legal limits of our delivery zone, we will inform you and if you do not wish to pick up the order from the store, we will cancel it and process a refund for the full amount.

We will make best efforts to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, or as close to the specified delivery time, as we can. However, traffic, scheduling, or other unforeseen events may delay or prevent a timely fulfillment of the order. If this happens, please contact the store and we will try to correct the situation.


Damaged Items

If for any event your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We will make the necessary claims with the carrier and replace the damaged items. You will be asked to hold onto the damage items for 1 week, after which time you may discard.

Returns

Returns will be handled by the policy below:

No order will be accepted without an RMA number. You must contact Monticello Liquor to procure an RMA number. The returned order will be at the cost of the Customer. Order must be packed securely. If the item arrives to Monticello Liquor in damaged condition, it will be refused and the claim will be the responsibly of the sender.

If we accidentally fulfilled the order with an incorrect item, we will replace item with the correct one if available in inventory or extend store credit for the full amount. We will send the appropriate shipping labels for the return.

Refunds will not be given for corked wine, please see Terms and Conditions.

Items that are returned for any other reason will be only accepted if they are in unused condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be given for the return.

TABC Laws prohibit refunds for Alcohol.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations that we receive prior to the order leaving our store will receive a full refund. Once the order leaves our store and is transit to you, the cancellation will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
